ChocCards Winners at Barclays Take One Small Step

Well done ChocCards, for winning in the Barclays Take One Small Step awards!
Just in case you haven’t already heard through the magic of social media, or seen ChocCards in the Journal or the Echo, they attended the Barclays Take One Small Step Gala dinner last week where the 9 regional winners were announced. And... the North East winner was.... ChocCards!
Yes, that’s right they not only scooped a fantastic award but also won £50,000 to invest in their business.
They would like to express huge thanks to everyone who voted for them, and a special thank you to everyone who supported their campaign and encouraged others to vote too; they couldn’t have done it without you.
They plan to spend the money growing their business, and in particular developing their website so that consumers can design their own chocolate bar wrappers, as well as expanding into other products.
